Damages and issues: In the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and come up with a solution.
False chargebacks: Note that false chargebacks are not tolerated and will result in actions taken agains the customer. We reserve the right to not conduct business with anyone who has filed a false chargeback.
